Our policy of continuing improvements to design details and construction techniques requires us to withhold the right to change floor plans, dimensions, specifications, brand names, and prices, without notice, or obligation.

Home prices are based on cash or construction perm financing and include up to 10,000 square feet of clearing and grading, up to 200 cubic yards of fill dirt, 25 foot setbacks, and standard footings per features. Prices do not include home site, construction finance costs, closing costs, septic or private water service, or subterranean boring testing.

County or City required trees are to come from landscape allowance stated above any overages to be paid by Homebuyer.

Any conditions requiring additional construction processes will be attached to “Customer Option Form”.
